Circa 1992. An advertisement for Crime Prevention Week, in case you hadn't figured that out. Children wishing they didn't have to live with various crimes. Unless I'm very much mistaken the first child to speak used to be in Grange Hill. Mind you, maybe they all where - except for the one who is quite obviously an alien.
