Here is quick tutorial how to wrap hands. There are actually several methods to wrap hands and you can use different materials. We like to use the "between the fingers" style and 180" cotton practice wraps. These types of wraps last a long time, are easy to clean/wash and do a great job protecting the wrist from moving around during hard bag work.
