Here we are winter fishing the Apollo Beach power plant in Tampa Bay Florida. Bait of choice was live ladyfish, mullet and small jacks. Our primary target was black tips and cobia but we also managed to catch a few small bulls and a couple nice jacks. Who says that fishing has to be slow in the winter? You can enjoy drag busting runs all year long.
