In this episode, the Roswell Flight Test Crew (http://www.roswellflighttestcrew.com/) welcomes three teams to Central Oregon, to compete in the 2014 Drone Prize (http://www.droneprize.com/). The event, sponsored by the Cascade Chapter of AUVSI, as well as SkyWard (http://www.skyward.io/) and Aerial Technology International (http://www.aerialtechnology.com/), began with Aerial Robotics Innovation Day in Bend. As part of the event, hosted by Intel, each of the teams gave a presentation about their work with drones. The business and community leaders in attendance voted for the team that they thought gave the best talk: Three Chicks and a Drone, Grady High School G3 Robotics, or Furman University. This is the first in a six-part series of videos about Drone Prize, held in August 2014.
