I like my water shoes to be a size larger than my 'church' shoes since I am not wearing socks with my water shoes and don't need them to hug my feet. My main goal today was to test the new armature on my Minn Kota SP70 trolling motor. The old one finally burned out from hundreds and hundreds of trips out and many trips were hard running in big seas. But I quickly discovered that the prop turned just fine but the rotating mechanism didn't so back to disassembly and trying to discover the problem. As you will see, fishing was great other than I couldn't get a slot red to the boat. Nothing but the big bulls were running today. Oh, and I did pull up a pair of prescription glasses. They are pretty scratched up and beginning to rust out on the hinges or I would try to find the owner. So I will put them us with all the old hooks and line I have rescued from previously hooked fish that people have lost.
