Did you play the C&C Generals? If yes, you probably remember MiGs that were destroying ground forces without mercy with their napalm filled missiles. Hailfox is the reincarnation of that unit in Mental Omega 3.0, available to all of the Soviet subfactions IF they capture a Tech Airfield. Tech Airfield is available in some of the single player missions and skirmish maps.
