Sanjivani Sugar factory farmers have demanded hike in sugarcane rates from ₹ 3 thousand to ₹ 4 thousand and harvesting rates from ₹ 200 to ₹ 600. They have claimed that due to Government’s financial crisis factory has delayed in functioning. They have planned to meet Agriculture Minister Vishwajit Rane and PWD Minister Sudin Dhavlikar and have warned to block highway if they do not respond to their grievances.
