FT Minister backs proposal to have allotted space for disabled buskers

Federal Territories Minister Khalid Abdul Samad has encouraged the proposal to prepare a space specially for buskers who are disabled to perform on the street. He was commenting on a viral video showing DBKL officers seizing musical instruments from disabled buskers in Bukit Bintang recently.
