So many of us can attest to the fact, that we have ran to the doctor's office or emergency room a time or two in our lives. Have you every wanted to kick yourself in the butt, after you received the bill, especially when you find out that the remedy to your visit was really simple, and to beat all, you could have fixed the issue yourself? Ladies and gents, let's face it, there are some things that we could do for self, if only the doctor was honest with us, but then they would not be so useful. I believe that we can learn some of the basics, and we should do just that.
