*** Wash On HD*** On this video I show a way to clean fish. I normally use lemon or vinegar to wash fish but I didn't have any when making this video. If you do I would suggest you wash the fish with the vinegar or lemon juice and rub lemon on it, it makes the fish taste better, removes the harsh fishy smell as well as slime. Jack fish which us Congolese call Thomson is very famous in our country and can be fried, added in Pondu, Fumbwa, Ngai Ngai or fried to serve aside.
