Fluorescence Loss In Photobleaching in HeLa cells expressing Enhanced Yellow Fluorescent Protein. The cytoplasm of the middle cell was repeatedly (every 2 sec) and strongly (488nm and 514nm at 100% laser power) photobleached during 62 frames. The green circle represents the bleached area. Note the trafficking effect of the nuclear membrane.
