This is a reupload of an early kayashima puzzle. The puzzle might seem simple at first, but it actually took a fair bit of puzzling and some practice to execute. The part where you need to get Yoshi running, and then use the i-frames to grab the P-Switch and get back again is quite precise. I'm actually not sure if that part is cheese, but I couldn't think of any way to kill the big plant and still be able to get Yoshi and an unworn shellmet to the top right. What's neat about this puzzle is that you get the shellmet at the very beginning, but you cannot put it on until the very end since you need to break a block as small Mario.
