Building a computer has gotten tough these days with prices of video cards and ram on the rise. I took the challenge of helping fellow YouTuber, Allen from Sound Speeds get a PC within a budget of just $700. I considered building it with new parts, but in the end buying it used made for the bang for the buck. I could believe what I was able to get him for his price range.
