CPR 10 is also called new CPR. In this process we apply continuous chest compression to the victim if he/she is not breathing or in the state of agonal gasping due to cardiac arrest or heart attack. In the old method we used to give both chest compression and mouth to mouth breathing as a first aid to revive the patient. Sometimes the first aider use to hesitate to give mouth to mouth breathing. Therefore, CPR 10 is suitable and in this method we have maximum chances to save life of the patient by giving only continuous chest compression at the speed of 120 compression per minute.
