The United States is welcoming agreements by at least 25 nations to send roughly 7,000 additional troops to Afghanistan. The new numbers were announced at a NATO foreign ministers' meeting in Brussels and were larger than earlier predictions. Lisa Bryant has more for VOA from NATO headquarters.
