Rules are simple, you must progress through the game without any pokemon ever gaining a level, this is done in this game by leaving the ap on. I may also add that this is my first time playing through the game. Easy fight. I found the best way to beat Burgh was to just stall him with poison + lefties grimer. Intimidate spam at the beginning so that grimer has an easier time setting up, gotta watch out for those crits though. Not much else to say here. Sound wasn't working (it does in the later videos), so I added my own music, if you don't like it, just mute it.
