Advance 25e Maiden Flight

April 25, 2011 - I was pretty nervous to maiden this plane. This was my first ARF that I assembled, my first balsa/low wing, the heaviest plane I have ever flown (3.5lbs). I was very pleased with the performance of the Advance. It flew great from the start, I only needed 2 clicks of aileron to trim it out. I checked the batteries after this flight and they were at 4.00 volts per cell. Everything was nice and cool as well. Setup: Motor - G15 900kv Servos - Power HD 1160a mini ESC/BEC - Hobbywing 60amp/Hobbywing switch mode 3amp Batteries - 2 1800mah Gforce 25c (in parallel = 3600mah) All the electronics were from valuehobby.com
