This is hard. DO NOT TRY IT AT HOME. Bridge is weird. There really ins't much time loss here other than better ogre kills. Once you get to the rocks attached to the bridge the adds start to spawn so its not time loss when you take longer to get up. This can probably be a 1:44 or so. Why is this hard? Well nerfs to blades mobility, especially once you blink you can't swing for a second. Therefore you can't just blink up and swing forward from the rock. You have to actually blink and land up top.
