There is huge market potential in ASEAN for electricity, energy and housing under the Belt and Road Initiative, said Fang Qiuchen, Chairman, China International Contractors Association (CHINCA). Speaking beside Hong Kong’s Belt and Road Summit 2018, Mr Fang said public-private partnerships are significant while Hong Kong’s professional services and strategic location play a pivotal role in large-scale infrastructure projects.
