Dear Ascension Pioneers! In this video, I wish to expand on the complexity of the subject regarding food and nutrition, and I wish to move into the expansion of feeding within the Light of Creation ... the Light of Truth and how we were first created as Beings of Divine Love. Last week I decided not to use the words "raw food" anymore, because it simply doesn't emanate that same loving frequency as Life/Light food. Many people talk about "raw food", but to me the approach is often too mechanic, and I for one love to bring love and awareness into everything that I consciously co-create. To me, making simple meals is pure creative energy, and it needs to bring me joy. Just because we label our food as "raw" doesn't mean we vibrate in awareness with it, so that is a very good observation that came through! Life food is so simple to make ... so just follow your Heart! Let your Soul guide You in your "diet", not simply your stomach! Within Divine Love, Polona Aurea Dawn
