In this serene place with a nice little canal and wooded areas, UBL WDP4 20006 in LHF mode with its unique horn comes screaming and silences a magpie's cheerful melody as it rushes towards Mysore with the Tippu ICE at 90+kph. The train was late by 25 minutes. This being a single-line section and the Siddaganga from DWR always arriving late at SBC, this train finds it hard to stay on schedule. Location: A LC off the NH17 Mysore - Bangalore Highway, Maddur Town.
