The national lands commission is on the spot yet again. This is over the compensation of land in Ruaraka at ksh1.5 billion.The money is part of a ksh3.3 billion payment for the 13.8 acres which hosts Ruaraka high school and Drive inn primary school since 1984 and 1987 respectively. Directors of whispering palms company the recipient of the money have been fined a half a million shillings each and ordered to appear before the senate committee on April 17. Lands and Education cs are also expected before the committee on the same date.
