Women control 80% of major consumer spending, but they buy products and services designed, built, and sold almost exclusively by men. In this insightful and data-driven talk, Kayembe how women will become the single largest global market and economic engine for growth within the next 10 years, and calls on entrepreneurial women everywhere to think of their "pain points" as potential business opportunities.

Kayembe is dedicated to empowering women through her global work in business and social impact, meditation and executive coaching practice, and public speaking engagements. She is dedicated to generating creative solutions to women’s issues, with a particular focus on the intersection of entrepreneurship, social impact, technology, and Africa. Her innovative initiatives – including Tour of Tech: Lagos and GreyFire Impact – effectively bring new ideas, skills, and technologies to underserved areas in Africa.
