CINCINNATI (WKRC) - An email error is being blamed the accidental leak of more than 1,000 UC Health patients personal information. UC Health officials say emails with patient names, medical record numbers, and diagnosis information were mistakenly sent to the wrong email nine times since August of 2014.       Health officials say the email address had a domain similar to UC Health's.       Officials don't think the info was misused, but are investigating.
