This is a superb quality Southord 7,8 & 10 Pin Tubular pick set. The picking needles are made flush with the end of the pick using the ring to push them down, and then the tool is inserted into the lock, with small adjustments in tension (using the locking nuts) you will very quickly find the right one and - pop - another lock bites the dust.
