I was able to hit the switch before the first chomp hit the block which saved a few seconds.  My original plan for this was to use the new flip swap super jump trick but triple jump spin looked faster so I used that.

Fun fact - this video was recorded during an earthquake (hit at about the time I went in the first launch star).

The glitchy pixels in some parts and loss of sound at the end if from my DVD recorder screwing something up.  Might just be the DVD.
