A reprobate’s lifestyle and is completely different from the true born-again believer. They don’t care about living holy unto God and bringing forth-good works. Paul said they HATE GOD, filled with UNRIGHTEOUSNESS and wants to nothing to do with God. 

So, how could a redeemed, sanctified, washed in the blood of Jesus, be a hater of God? How can they be “unrighteous” when the bible clearly says a believer has been “made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus?”
