DJI Mavic Pro soft focus- Is it a quality control issue?

I had my new DJI Mavic Pro for less than a month and I noticed the 4k video didn't look like 4k to me. I've seen other users video that looked amazing even with youtube compression. My raw 4k video didn't look nearly as good so I go concerned. I then started taking still photos with my drone and noticed almost a quarter of the picture to be out of focus. After many calibrations and reading forums I decided to not wait any longer and just open an RMA with DJI. I believe they are changing out the video camera and gimbal on my Mavic Pro at no cost, so hopefully this resolves my issue.
