TIPP CITY -- Tipp City was all about the mums this weekend. The 2014 Mum Festival wrapped up Sunday evening. The Johnson family has been bringing their wares from Springfield for more than 30 years. Anything you can see we make it. My granny Carol makes all the crafts. Me any grandpa we make all the gourds, said Jeremiah Johnson, vendor. This years festival theme was All Aboard with Mums and festival organizers tell us they are already working on next years event.
