High Court has directed Collector to provide new pipeline and 500 ltrs capacity water tank to every house in Pissurlem village. This provision will be done through District Mineral Fund. Court has also directed to disilt fields and lakes in the village. Pissurlem locals had filed joint petition along with Goa Foundation.
