This is a gokart I am building with my kids. We needed some bearing hangers for the back axel and ordered some. I duplicated them so that I can use them for future projects and save money. I used the plasma to mark where the holes needed to be drilled, but I drilled the holes on a drill press for accuracy. Plasma doesn't cut small holes that well in 1/4" plate (general rule of thumb is that you get a nice hole when it is 1.5 x the thickness of the plate (or larger)).
