How to make I Want to Marry You Cookies Tutorial

Recipe:
1  Cup butter
1-1/4 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
In medium saucepan melt butter.  Remove from heat.
Add brown sugar and granulated sugar, mix well.  Chill for 10 minutes.  Remove from fridge and stir in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, mix together.
Stir in both chocolate chips and pecans.
Roll into balls and put onto slightly greased cookie sheets.
Chill on pan for 30 minutes.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 14-18 minutes. Cool.
