Fredrick Reinfeldt, the Prime Minister of Sweden, which is the boss of the European Union in the second half of this year, tells journalists that he wants the EU member states to agree a proposal for the G-20 talks in Pittsburgh next week in which a global cap on excessive bonuses which will be agreed.
