I Beat Colorectal Cancer!!! Follow me on my Journey to Fitness and Health. In 2016 I was diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer something that runs in my family that my dad and older brother both had and both beat. Through treatments I was able to beat it myself and be cancer free. The problem I have now is due to the treatments I have gained significant weight (and hair loss too).

For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with my weight and self image. My Struggle With Weight: Maybe it’s just a fat kid thing, but I can distinctly remember all the different phases of my life where I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin, where I felt chubby or fat or gross. I remember wanting be thin so badly in high school, but the funny thing is that I wasn’t even close to being overweight then, despite how I felt about myself.
