A: When applying for the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program, you need to submit, in support to the NBPNP-007 Personal Net Worth Statement Form, original official bank statements, transaction records from banks, and deposit certificates for the last six months.
It's also required to submit certified proof of property ownership as well a property evaluation, purchase of sale agreements and mortgage loan agreements, certified transactions of stock and securities accounts, including the history of transactions and dates of opening the accounts.
You also need to submit certified copies of outstanding liabilities including personal or business loans, mortgages or other monetary obligations, certified proof of repayments of loans as well as certified proof of other valuable assets.
