A simple Jig to ensure you get perfect 90° cuts in Bar Sstock or Box section with a Circular Cut off saw. The Saw I am using is an Panasonic EY45A2XM32 Metal Circular Saw 14V/ 18V (I am not sponsored by panasonic in any way, I just love their tools) However this Jig can be made to suit any metal cutting saw such as the Evolution range of multi purpose saws. The same principle can be used to make a jig for a Jigsaw.
