Add Safe Mode with Networking to the Boot Menu in Windows 8

1. Open an elevated command prompt.
2. Type the following command:
bcdedit /copy {current} /d "Safe Mode with Networking"
3. bcdedit /set {guid} safeboot network

note: guid number will be your your guid value, example:
4. bcdedit /set {g00446si20ah4971ne000a01} safeboot network
