High Court has ordered Crime Branch to complete investigation in Bismarque Dias death case within 2 months. Bismarque’s dead body was found at sluice gate at St. Estevam on 7th November 2015. 
There is no evidence found proving murder of Bismarque, either in post mortem, forensic report or police investigation informed Crime Branch. 
Activist and Social Worker Bismarque Dias’ dead body is lying in GMC Morgue.
