The first meet up is between a westbound in the siding at Casa Grande and an eastbound flying by on the main. Note the diverse consist on the eastbound, including NS, former Conrail and former Chicago & Northwester power. That same eastbound is later found in the hole at Picacho while another eastbound holding on the main departs after meeting a westbound auto train. The second westbound then departs, revealing another westbound behind it that has crept up on the main.
