When Dr. Israr Ahmed r.a started his Dawat on the basis of Quran he developed a Muntakhab Nisab of Quran.
The purpose of this Nisab was to introduce to the Muslims that what is the minimum requirement of salvations according to Quranic teachings.
It was fruit of Dr. Israr Ahmed r.a duroos e Quran that Tanzeem e Islami was established for the sole purpose of Iqamat e Deen.
For the guidance of Tanzeem-e-Islami that what is Quranic Teaching for the structure of a Jamaat working for Iqamaat-e-Deen he selected another Nisab from Quran addressing the issues of Life in a Jamaat.
This Nisab is known as HizbUllah ke Ausaaf
