A quick look at investing in silver for preppers in the event of  financial collapse.  Precious Metals always gain value over the long term and are a great investment for anyone, however during times of crisis and chaos silver is not the investment of choice for myself. History has always shown during times of hyperinflation that the barter system is the preferred means of commerce.  Although Silver is a great investment, it is not the perfect solution for people prepping for emergency situations
