In a hurry? Too hot outside to have a long low n slow? Wishin' you could make tender, "fall off the bone" ribs in half the time? You can! Here are a couple of tricks you can use to speed things up. 3 Racks of rapid Babybacks, just as tender as if you Q'd 'em for 5 or 6 hours.
