Philadelphia Zoo Giraffes Enjoying First Day of Spring

The giraffes are walking peacefully around in their exhibit area on this beautiful first day of spring.

Unlike the zoo visitors, who have to move around among thousands of each other, the giraffes have plenty of space and can stay close together or go off by themselves for a while if they want to.

(Sorry, it takes me a few weeks to adjust to the spring and summer crowds after all the peaceful, far less crowded visits I enjoyed throughout the winter!)
