Can it Be Fixed - 240V Vs 120V Speed Control Repair Help needed

Sombody kinda fucked up and put 240V into a 120V Pizza oven and smoke came out of the speed controller :( its an expensive item so they sent it to me to repair or at least get a good idea on how fucked it is.

I doubt its fixable but I am interested to know what the MOV-like parts are and if they are the only part that's gone.
