Councillors Frustrated Over Delay of Project Funds

A group of councillors from the Lae Urban LLG gathered outside Lae City Council office this morning demanding to see the City management after project funds weren’t paid on time. The frustration escalated when the City Council management didn’t turn up for a meeting yesterday. The employees of the city council have not been to work since electricity was cut a month ago.
