After consuming prasad at a temple in Sulivadi village in Karnataka's Chamarajnagar district, at least 11 people were killed on Friday while 66 others are ill. The deceased include a girl and a woman. The incident occurred on Friday when devotees gathered for a pooja at the Maramma temple. Devotees consumed "tomato rice" given as prasadam and fell sick immediately.
