Power runs light from Oakland to Central Ave in Richmond to collect the cars set out by the Richmond Pacific on the Waterside Drill. The crew takes about an hour in the hole at Central Ave to complete their checks and get clearance to leave. This location is about a mile east of Central Ave so they have a long way to go from here to Utah.
