INDEX OF PLACES TO SKIP TO BELOW IF YOU DONT WANT TO WATCH THE WHOLE THING (I understand, I mean, it's a freaking hour long - proximity spoilers contained though...)

If you choose to run on the apron, check your damn mirrors before coming up in my line. Other than that, this was a "smooth as a baby's butt" race. Really shocked to go around the outside in T1 to gain the lead. Warrick just would not go away - I actually chopped 3 tenths off my PB in this race!

And to think I wasn't even planning on racing. I'm Bart Scott jonesing for the 2.4 next week! Judging from practice, I'm doing much better in the DP than I was in the Mustang. :)

3:00 - Green Flag (And damn near shift into 1st in front of entire field O.O Pants were shit... not really, but felt like it!)
5:35 - Round the outside in T1 for the lead
21:00 - Catching the MX5 field and working through them
25:50 - Morons in Miatas - Why didn't I hold my line? I'd be chopped off. You could tell he didn't see me in his mirrors. Tactical driving FTW!
30:00 - Second place is here. He's faster for sure. One slip up for the next 30 minutes and he's surely gone. This is some intense stuff. Concentrate.
41:00 - Sloppiest lap of the race IMHO. 2nd is RIGHT ON MY BUMPER.
43:20 - Position defended. Thanks to a draft off a MX5. 2nd pulls out into a wall of air.
45:20 - Low = Middle of track I guess? Damn lucky this didn't cause a clusterfuck given I had no time to give. Apron is always safe unless lapping that "one apron running douche" encountered earlier
54:10 - Silencing the loudmouths. Approaching traffic. 1 second gap at best. Less than 10 minutes to go. DIS GON B GUD!?!
56:00 - My hands were shaking. Those damn apron runners - it isn't faster. You lose speed by needing more steering input.
1:00:00 - Checkers or wreckers time. At this point, you will need a crowbar to pass me. Not letting go.
1:04:45 - does this mean I need to race the Mustang more? lol

For those who don't know what they are seeing...
3 classes on track. Mustang FR500S (my class) is fastest. Races other Mustangs. Jetta TDI (cockroaches on wheels) is second fastest. Races other Jettas. MX5s (The one with the silly smile) is slowest. Races other MX5s. 3 different races on one race track. It's all about sharing. Good communication while lapping other cars helps. Communication breakdowns are bad. Very bad.

Bottom right (where it says Relative) is where everyone is on track. White names are on the same lap as you. Blue names are cars we're coming up to lap. Red names (not seen) are cars a lap ahead. The colors behind the numbers indicate their class - in this case, Yellow = Mustang, Blue = Jetta and Pink = MX5. How fitting, right?
