ok first of all open settings app. now select gaming option.
after that select game DVR. new section will open here,click on open folder button.
the default location of DVR capture will open,right click on 'capture' folder. and open
its properties.here select the location tab. now to move the default location of capture folder 
just click on the 'move' button. file explore will open from here you can select the new destination of your capture folder .
once done click on apply and then  on 'yes' .
