May 20 (Bloomberg) -- New Jersey Senate President Stephen Sweeney, a Democrat, talks with Bloombergs Deirdre Bolton about the outlook for today's vote on an income-tax increase on state residents earning at least $1 million annually.
The states Democratic lawmakers are likely to approve the measure, aimed at helping to close a record budget gap. Governor Chris Christie has said he will veto the measure. (Source: Bloomberg)
